He has led cross-functional teams across sectors such as retail, finance, media, healthcare, and communications, achieving impactful outcomes that create happy users and stakeholders. As an Enterprise Design Thinking coach, he is dedicated to fostering human-centered design and delivering seamless user experiences through strategic collaboration and design thinking principles.

When he’s not solving problems at his day job, you can find him hiking a mountain, learning a new song on guitar, cooking a lovely new dish but telling everyone it’s not his best, or painting his next watercolor.
